The XL-21 low-voltage power distribution cabinet is suitable for use in power plants and industrial and mining enterprises for power distribution in three-phase three-wire systems with AC voltages of 500V and below. The XL-21 cabinet is designed for indoor installation and front-access maintenance.
Structural Features:
The XL-21 low-voltage power distribution cabinet is of enclosed construction, with an enclosure formed from bent steel plates. The disconnector operating handle is located on the front panel or inside the cabinet and can be used for switching power sources. A voltmeter is installed on the front panel to indicate the voltage of the busbar. The cabinet features a front door; when opened, all internal equipment is exposed for easy inspection and maintenance. These cabinets utilize new, domestically designed components, offering compact structure, convenient maintenance, and flexible combination of circuit schemes. In addition to air circuit breakers and fuses for short-circuit protection, the cabinets are also equipped with contactors and thermal relays. Operation buttons and indicator lights can be installed on the front door. Specific configurations are customized and produced according to user requirements.
Operating Environmental Conditions:
Ambient Temperature: -5°C to +40°C, with the average temperature over 24 hours not exceeding +35°C.
Altitude: Not exceeding 2000m.
Relative Humidity: Not exceeding 50% when the ambient air temperature is +40°C; higher relative humidity is permissible at lower temperatures (e.g., 90% at +20°C). Moderate condensation is allowed, considering temperature changes.
Installation Inclination: The installation inclination relative to the vertical plane should not exceed 5°. The equipment should be installed in locations free from severe vibration, impact, and corrosion.
Safety, Operation, and Maintenance:
The power distribution cabinet can only be shipped after passing inspection. Upon arrival at the destination, first check if the packaging is intact. If the cabinet is not installed immediately, store it in a dry and clean place.
The power distribution cabinet should be installed according to the installation diagram. The base channel steel and screws are to be provided by the user. For cable outlets, besides embedding the base channel steel and anchor bolts, the user must also prepare the cable trench.
After installation or maintenance, a series of inspections and tests must be conducted before the power distribution cabinet can be put into operation:
① Check whether the internal electrical equipment and wiring conform to the schematic diagram.
② Operate the switches several times to check for smooth and normal operation.
③ Check and test all meters and relays to ensure they operate correctly.
