The TBBZ series high-voltage automatic reactive power compensation equipment automatically tracks and switches capacitor banks based on the grid and load conditions of 6kV, 10kV, or 11kV power supply busbars, providing automatic reactive power tracking compensation.
Service Conditions
■ Altitude: Not higher than 1000m.
■ Ambient temperature: -25 °C to +55 °C.
■ Relative humidity: Not exceeding 85%.
■ The operating site shall not contain explosive hazardous substances, and the surrounding medium shall not include corrosive or insulation-damaging gases, conductive contaminants, excessive water vapor, or significant mold presence.
Product Features
■ The equipment can operate continuously under a steady-state overvoltage of 1.1 times the rated voltage.
■ Capable of continuous operation under an overcurrent condition with an RMS value not exceeding 1.3 times the rated current of the capacitor bank.
■ Equipped with vacuum contactors for switching, allowing frequent operation.
■ Each capacitor bank is equipped with a discharge coil, reducing the residual voltage to below 50V within 5 seconds.
■ Each capacitor bank can be protected by relay or microprocessor-based protection control units, providing overcurrent, voltage unbalance, system undervoltage, and overvoltage protection. If a fault occurs in one bank, it can be isolated without affecting the operation of other banks.
■ Each individual capacitor is protected by an expulsion-type fuse, and each bank is equipped with surge arresters for switching and lightning overvoltage protection.
■ Features a large-screen LCD display controller, showing real-time system voltage, current, and power factor. Includes RS232/RS485 standard communication interfaces and supports “four remote” functions (remote telemetry, signaling, control, and adjustment).
■ Each bank can be configured with reactors to suppress switching inrush currents or prevent harmonic amplification.
