The JXF series distribution cabinet is a power distribution device assembled and designed based on the type, specifications, and quantity of electrical components to achieve various control functions. The product is widely used in industrial and civil buildings, in power systems with rated voltages of 380V and below and frequencies of 50Hz/60Hz, for power distribution, lighting distribution, and automated control.
The JXF series products feature a closed structure, designed for surface-mounted or flush-mounted installation on walls. The enclosure is made of cold-rolled steel plate bent and welded, with an electrostatic spray-coated surface, offering both aesthetic appeal and protective performance. Both the door and the enclosure are welded with grounding studs connected by multi-strand flexible wires, providing excellent grounding protection. The product’s enclosure protection rating is IP54, complying with standards such as GB7251-1 and IEC60439-1.
The JXF distribution cabinet has a simple principle. Its main components include various electrical components, the enclosure, door, brackets, neutral bar, protective earth bar, and insulated conductors.
Safety. The cabinet type is an indoor enclosed distribution cabinet, featuring a dedicated profile assembled structure. The enclosure uses 1.2mm thick cold-rolled steel plate, offering light weight and high strength.
Entry/Exit Methods: Multiple cable entry and exit options are available, facilitating power cable layout.
An earth copper bar is installed inside the cabinet. The door is connected to the PE point inside the cabinet using a multi-strand flexible braided wire, forming a continuous protective circuit throughout the entire cabinet structure.
The cabinet surface is treated with electrostatic epoxy powder coating, which is uniform, aesthetically pleasing, corrosion-resistant, has strong adhesion, and a good texture, giving a comfortable appearance. Internal structural parts use galvanizing processes, providing certain anti-corrosion capabilities.
The electrical components inside the cabinet are from renowned domestic and international brands known for high-quality low-voltage equipment, ensuring excellent product stability.
