The GGD type AC low-voltage distribution cabinet is suitable for power users such as power plants, substations, and industrial and mining enterprises. It is used for power conversion, distribution, and control of motors, lighting, and distribution equipment in AC 50Hz/60Hz distribution systems with a rated operating voltage of 380V and a rated operating current up to 3150A.
Structural Description
The cabinet body of the GGD AC low-voltage distribution cabinet adopts a universal cabinet form. The frame is assembled by partial welding of 8MF cold-formed steel sections. Frame components and special matching parts are supplied by designated profile steel manufacturers to ensure the precision and quality of the cabinet. The components of the universal cabinet are designed based on the modular principle and feature 20-module mounting holes, offering high universality. This enables factory pre-production, shortening the manufacturing cycle and improving work efficiency.
The GGD design fully considers heat dissipation during cabinet operation. The top and bottom of the cabinet have varying numbers of ventilation slots. After the electrical components inside the cabinet generate heat, the heat rises and is discharged through the top slots, while cold air continuously enters through the bottom slots, forming a natural ventilation path from bottom to top within the sealed cabinet, achieving effective heat dissipation.
The GGD cabinet is designed according to the requirements of modern industrial product styling, using the golden ratio method to design the cabinet and the dimensions of its sections, making the entire cabinet aesthetically pleasing and modern.
The instrument door equipped with electrical components is connected to the frame by a multi-strand flexible copper wire, forming a complete grounding protection circuit for the entire cabinet.
The surface paint of the cabinet is selected from powder coatings applied by high-pressure electrostatic spraying, offering strong adhesion and good texture. The entire cabinet has a matte finish, avoiding glare effects and creating a more comfortable visual environment for operating personnel.
The top cover of the cabinet can be removed when necessary, facilitating the installation and adjustment of the main busbars on site. The four corners of the cabinet top are equipped with lifting rings for hoisting and transportation.
The cabinet’s protection rating is IP30. Users can also choose between IP20 and IP40 based on the usage environment requirements.
