The S11/S13/S20/S22 series fully sealed oil-immersed transformers are suitable for power systems with AC 50Hz/60Hz and rated voltage up to 20kV. They serve as distribution transformers in industries such as petroleum, metallurgy, chemical, textile, light industrial, and environments with high dust levels.

Product Features

  • Core: The core is made of high-permeability grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets. It features a modern design with fully staggered joints and a laminated structure. The core columns have a multi-step circular cross-section, and the yoke shares the same cross-section as the core.

  • Windings: The windings adopt a corrugated oil duct design and are manufactured without impregnation paint, secured with tightening bands. Both windings are concentric coils. The high-voltage winding includes taps corresponding to voltage regulation requirements, connected to a tap switch mounted on the tank cover. Tap changing must be performed after power shutdown.

  • Safety Protection Devices: Transformers rated 30–2000 kVA are equipped with pressure relief valves. Gas relays with alarm and trip contacts can be installed upon customer request.

  • Oil Temperature Measurement: All transformers are fitted with sockets for glass thermometers, located on the tank top and immersed 120±10 mm into the oil. Transformers rated 1000–2000 kVA include outdoor-type signal thermometers.

  • Tank Structure: The transformer tank consists of corrugated walls, finished with durable powder coating. The corrugated panels not only provide cooling but also act as “breathing” elements. Their flexibility compensates for oil volume changes caused by temperature variations, eliminating the need for a conservator and reducing the overall height. The transformer is vacuum-filled during sealing, removing all moisture and preventing air contact with the oil. This effectively avoids insulation degradation and oil aging due to oxygen or moisture ingress, eliminating the need for periodic oil testing.
