The 35kV class S11, SZ11, and SFZ11 series products comply with the International Electrotechnical Commission Standard IEC 60076 and the Chinese National Standards GB 1094 “Power Transformers” and GB/T 6451 “Technical Parameters and Requirements for Three-Phase Oil-Immersed Power Transformers”.
These products feature on-load tap-changing ranges of 35±2×2.5%kV, 38.5±2×2.5%kV, 35±3×2.5%kV, and 38.5±3×2.5%kV. The voltage can be adjusted manually, electrically, or automatically within the tap-changing range via an on-load tap-changer on the primary side to ensure output voltage stability. Transformers rated 6300kVA and above at the 35kV level adopt a folded-plate tank design, significantly enhancing mechanical strength, reducing weld seams, and improving exterior quality. This product series represents an upgraded generation, offering superior operational economic benefits.
Design Features
The core utilizes a fully staggered step-lap joint structure, optimizing magnetic flux direction and eliminating local flux saturation at joint areas. This reduces no-load loss, no-load current, and transformer noise.
The core employs a pull-plate structure, with multiple pressure bolts distributed around the pressure plate to enhance short-circuit withstand capability. Upper and lower clamping frames for high and low voltages are connected by support beams, forming an integrated core structure.
The core laminations are bonded with specialized silicon steel end-face adhesive, solidifying the core into a monolithic unit after curing.
The assembly is securely positioned at the bottom using high-strength electrical laminated wood supports between the core and tank walls.
Product Introduction
This series incorporates advanced design principles, with significant improvements in materials, structure, and craftsmanship. High and low voltage clamping frames are reinforced with steel straps or top/side beams, forming a rigid framework that enhances clamping force and withstands transportation impacts. The transformers exhibit strong short-circuit resistance, aesthetically pleasing appearance, reliable operation, low losses, and reduced noise, reaching the advanced level of international counterparts.
