◆ The high and low voltage windings are made of Nomex insulating material, repeatedly impregnated with advanced international solvent-free varnish using VPI vacuum pressure equipment, and sealed with high-strength Class H insulating material, followed by high-temperature curing. This ensures no partial discharge occurs during operation.
◆ The high-voltage winding adopts a continuous structure with high mechanical strength and superior heat dissipation (both high and low voltage windings utilize Nomex insulating material capable of long-term operation above 200°C). This design overcomes the drawbacks of multi-layer cylindrical windings, such as high interlayer voltage, poor heat dissipation, susceptibility to thermal breakdown, and low mechanical strength, thereby enhancing operational reliability.
