Description

This product boasts advantages such as flame retardancy, self-extinguishing properties, moisture resistance, anti-tracking, crack resistance, and maintenance-free operation. It is widely applicable in high-rise buildings, commercial centers, subways, airports, stations, industrial and mining enterprises, and power plants, and is particularly suitable for installation in locations with high fire safety requirements, such as flammable and explosive environments.

Product Features

The core is wound from amorphous alloy strips, featuring a rectangular cross-section and a three-phase, five-limb or three-phase, three-limb structure. No-load losses are reduced by three-quarters compared to conventional dry-type transformers, resulting in significant energy savings.

The low-voltage winding is made of copper foil, and the high-voltage winding is formed by vacuum casting with epoxy resin or utilizes Nomex insulation material with a continuous structure. It undergoes multiple impregnations in a VPI vacuum pressure impregnation system with Class H solvent-free insulation varnish, followed by high-temperature baking and curing. This process ensures high mechanical strength, excellent heat dissipation, and strong short-circuit withstand capability.
