◆ The box closes tightly. Multi-meter boxes (4 meters and above) use a combination of rust-proof metal hinges and snap-fasteners, allowing the cover to open up to 180° for easy maintenance. The product can employ a triple-interlock protection system using anti-theft bolts, lead seals, and padlocks between the upper cover and the base, all located within an enclosed space, effectively providing waterproofing, rust prevention, anti-aging, and anti-theft features.
◆ The box cover is injection-molded from transparent polycarbonate (PC) material. The box base is injection-molded from ABS engineering plastic. The thickness of multi-meter boxes is ≥30mm, with dimensional deviations of each component not exceeding ±1 mm. Performance meets the requirements of technical standards such as HG2503-93 issued by the national chemical industry.
