Main Structural Features:
The main structural components of the PZ30 terminal combination device include a transparent cover, top cover, enclosure, mounting rail, rail height adjustment screws, conductive busbars, wire protection covers, and electrical switching components. All internal electrical switching components have a standard width modulus of 18mm and are mounted on top-hat-shaped rails, allowing for arbitrary combination as needed. The mounting rail height is adjustable, which is particularly convenient for flush-mounted types. Assembly and disassembly are quick and easy. The operating handles of the components are exposed, while live parts and other sections are covered inside the top cover. The door can be opened for easy operation, ensuring safe and reliable use. Cable entry/exit holes are provided on the top, bottom, left, right, and back of the enclosure for convenient wiring.

Safety:
The cabinet type is an indoor enclosed distribution board, constructed with specialized profiles in an assembled structure. The enclosure is made of 1.2mm thick cold-rolled steel plate, characterized by light weight and high strength. The small plastic door uses flame-retardant resin material, effectively preventing the spread of fire. Internal electrical components all adhere to the 18mm width modulus and are mounted on standard rails. They can be combined arbitrarily as needed, allowing for easy installation and removal. The operating handles of the switches are exposed, while live parts are shielded within the top cover. The door can be opened for safe operation.

Cable Entry Methods:
Knockout holes for cable entry can be provided on the top, bottom, left, right, and back of the enclosure, facilitating wiring.
Grounding Protection:
The door is connected to the PE point inside the board using a multi-strand flexible copper braid, forming a continuous protective circuit throughout the entire board structure.
Construction:
The cabinet surface is treated with electrostatic epoxy powder coating, which is uniform, aesthetically pleasing, corrosion-resistant, has strong adhesion, and a good texture, offering a comfortable appearance. Internal structural components are galvanized, providing a certain degree of corrosion resistance.
