The GCS type low-voltage withdrawable switchgear is suitable for power distribution systems in power plants, petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, and textile industries, high-rise buildings, and other applications. It serves as a low-voltage complete distribution device for power distribution, centralized motor control, and reactive power compensation in generation and supply systems with three-phase AC frequency of 50 (60) Hz and rated current up to 4000 A, especially in large-scale power plants and petrochemical systems with high automation requirements and computer interface needs.

The GCS type low-voltage withdrawable switchgear is suitable for power distribution systems in power plants, petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, and textile industries, high-rise buildings, and other applications. It serves as a low-voltage complete distribution device for power distribution, centralized motor control, and reactive power compensation in generation and supply systems with three-phase AC frequency of 50 (60) Hz and rated current up to 4000 A, especially in large-scale power plants and petrochemical systems with high automation requirements and computer interface needs.

Product Features:

  • Compact structure, accommodating multiple functional units in a relatively small space.

  • High degree of component通用性 (interchangeability) and flexible assembly.

  • Frame constructed with C-section steel or 8MF-type steel based on a 200mm module, meeting various structural types, protection levels, and environmental requirements.

  • Standard modular design with five size series of standard units, allowing users to freely select and assemble according to needs.

Technical Performance:

  • MCC cabinet vertical busbar rated short-time withstand current: 80 kA.

  • Horizontal busbar arranged in a rear-flat layout, capable of meeting dynamic withstand current requirements of 176 kA, achieving contemporary international standards.

Normal Service Conditions:

  • Ambient air temperature not higher than +40°C and not lower than -5°C.

  • Average temperature over 24 hours not exceeding +35°C; derating operation required if exceeded based on actual conditions.

  • For indoor use; altitude at the point of use shall not exceed 2000 m.

  • Changes in ambient relative humidity may occasionally lead to condensation.

  • The installation surface shall not exceed 5° tilt relative to the vertical plane, and the entire cabinet row must be relatively level (complying with GBJ23282 standard).

  • The equipment shall be installed in locations without severe vibration and impact, and where electrical components are not subjected to undue corrosion.

  • Special user requirements can be negotiated with the manufacturer.
