The XGN66-12(Z) Type Fixed Metal-Enclosed Switchgear (hereinafter referred to as the “Switchgear”) is a new generation of high-voltage complete electrical equipment developed by our company. It complies with the national standard GB3906 “AC metal-enclosed switchgear for rated voltages from 3kV to 35kV” and the power industry standard DL/T 404 “Technical specification for ordering indoor AC high-voltage switchgear,” while also meeting the requirements of the international standard IEC 60298 “AC metal-enclosed switchgear and controlgear for rated voltages above 1 kV and up to and including 52 kV.”
This product incorporates advanced international technology. It features a compact size, occupying only 50% of the volume of conventional switchgear. The circuit breaker offers high reliability and excellent performance. The “five-prevention” interlocking mechanism is reliable and simple. The switchgear is an indoor assembly designed for 3.6kV, 7.2kV, and 12kV three-phase AC 50Hz single-busbar systems, used for receiving and distributing electrical energy. It provides functions for circuit control, protection, and monitoring and can be applied in various power plants, substations, industrial and mining enterprises, high-rise buildings, and can also be combined with ring main units in switching stations.

Structural Features
■ The cabinet structure is welded from high-quality steel angles.
■ The circuit breaker compartment is located in the middle (or lower) part of the cabinet, facilitating easy installation, commissioning, and maintenance. It is typically equipped with a VS1 circuit breaker and includes a pressure relief channel for personnel safety.
■ Utilizes advanced and reliable rotary disconnectors, allowing safe access to the circuit breaker compartment for maintenance even when the main busbar is energized.
■ The overall cabinet protection rating is IP2X.
■ Equipped with a comprehensive and reliable mandatory mechanical interlocking device, effectively and simply meeting the “five-preventions” safety requirements.
■ Features a reliable earthing (grounding) system.
■ The door is fitted with a viewing window for clear observation of the internal components’ status.
■ The operating mechanism interlock employs the same JSXGN interlocking mechanism used in the XGN2-12 switchgear, known for its simplicity, reliability, and practicality.
■ Incoming and outgoing cables are connected at the lower front part of the cabinet, facilitating easy user connection.
